Estradiol is an estrogenic hormone drug. Indications to the Estradiol application: lack of the estrogen when menopause and surgical menopause result in non-cancerous growths after the radiation castration; primary and secondary amenorrhea, hypomenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, secondary estrogenic deficiency, as well as in the treatment of other diseases associated with a lack of estrogen in the body.
Estradiol is applied in case of estrogen failure of the menopause and surgical menopause, including after oophorectomy, radiation castration; and also at the primary and secondary amenorrhea, hypomenorrhea, olygomenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, secondary estrogenic failure, alopecia in hyperandrogenemia; stein levental syndrome hirsutism, vaginitis (girls and in old age), hypogenetalism, infertility, and the weakness of labor activity, prolonged pregnancy, for the oppression of lactation, at hypertrichosis in women; for the prevention of postmenopause osteoporosis in women, breast cancer in men and women with metastasis, carcinoma of the prostate gland, urogenital disorders; as a remedy of stimulating hemopoiesis in men with acute radiation injury.
